David Jiménez sobre Pedro J.: “Era más gurú que jefe”

David Jiménez en su libro 'El Director', asegura que Pedro J. que dirigía el medio “de una manera muy personalista”, y que publicaba constates noticias que tuviesen que ver consigo mismo, o llevaba a portada cualquier encuesta que le posicionara entre los más influyentes del país. Pero lo que más destacaba era su influencia sobre el poder político, sobre todo después de las investigaciones que encabezó su medio y que llevaron a la caída del Gobierno de Felipe González y la llegada al poder de Aznar, lo que le granjeó una buena relación con el presidente del PP.
