La música y hacer ejercicio van prácticamente de la mano. Solo hace falta pasar por un gimnasio o ver a la gente que va haciendo running por la calle, para comprobar que todo el mundo va con los cascos escuchando sus canciones favoritas. La música inspira y aporta una motivación extra a la hora de entrenar. Puede que el ritmo de la canción que estemos oyendo nos sirva para coger ese impulso o ese extra de motivación en un ejercicio de crossfit que nos esté costando más.
Por eso, es muy importante tener preparada una playlist acorde a nuestros gustos con el objetivo de que nos empuje a la hora de conseguir los objetivos en el entrenamiento.
